On November 27, 2018, China’s first Tourism Service Show-Cases and Product Innovation Conference was held in Beijing. Touted as the Oscar of the tourism industry in China, the event was hosted by the prestigious China Tourism Association. Recognized by the judging panel for its service quality and innovation in mobility sector for more than a decade, eHi stood out from 144 nominations and was awarded the winner of the top ten cases together with Amap, WeChat Pay, Meituan-Dianping, the Forbidden City, etc.
According to the jury, the top ten cases of "China Service" panoramically reflect the latest achievements of tourism service providers in recent years, highlighting the connotation of "China Service" and more typically in the areas such as cultural integration, technology adoption as well as the perseverance of heart-felt service. The impact of these ten cases has already surpassed the tourism industry itself, exerting a wide-ranging influence in the local society as well as around the world.
Zhang Rungang, Vice President and Secretary-General of China Tourism Association, announced the choices of the China Tourism Association and presented the top ten cases to the tourism industry. He called on all tourism players to learn from the top ten winners on their strong market sense, excellent professionalism and outstanding craftsmanship. The craftsmanship spirit is reflected in the process of incorporating the concept of "China Service" into their products. The winning cases are here to carry forward the supply-side reform of the tourism industry with higher level of enthusiasm and efforts, as well as stronger desire to provider better service quality and better solution to meet people's growing needs for a better life. It is a goal proposed by the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.
